PT. Asia Civil Indonesia
were engaged to complete a full technical and commercial due diligence and
provide delivery recommendations for this partially completed development in
Batam.
The development
scheme included six residential towers (2,700 apartments), a hotel, basement
parking, commercial spaces, surrounding infrastructure, common facilities and
recreational amenities.
Asia Civil Indonesia
worked in collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield (marketing and sales
assessment) and WT Partnership (quantity surveying) to complete this
engagement.
Subsequently
Asia Civil Indonesia undertook a preliminary Value Engineering exercise to
explore cost and time saving opportunities, including the application of
innovative construction technologies.
