PT. Asia Civil Indonesia
staff were engaged by a private investment group to support their interest in
acquiring 285-hectares of strategically located vacant land for the development
of a major Integrated Power-Petrochemical-Freeport Complex. The scope of
services included a preliminary technical and commercial due diligence of the
development and supported negotiations for the land acquisition.
The proposed
greenfield project included the development and operation of the following
facilities and infrastructure:
