Asia Civil Indonesia provides Construction Management services to collaborate with and provide oversight to our customer, the architect, the general contractor, trade contractors and/or subcontractors to deliver the project on time, at or under budget, and to our customer's expected standard of quality and objectives.
 
As Construction Manager, we can manage all phases of the construction process from pre-design through post construction, including cost and budget controls, scheduling, estimating, expediting, inspection, contract administration and management of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
