PT. Asia Civil Indonesia - Monopile Construction Inc. Operasi Bersama mengamankan hak teknologi BubbleDeck untuk Filipina

PT. Asia Civil Indonesia - Monopile Construction Inc Joint Operation has secured the rights to exploit, market, engineer, manufacture, supply, market and sell BubbleDeck voided bi-axial floor system and products in the Philippines.

 

The Philippines is one of the fastest growing economies in Emerging Asia. On the back of the “Build, Build, Build” initiative by the Philippine government to upgrade and modernize the country’s infrastructure and increasing demand for a range of commercial and residential assets in and outside Metro Manila, as well as regional cities, the construction industry is projected to steadily expand over the next decade, gradually expanding at an average real rate of 9.8% in the decade between 2017 and 2026.  

The Philippines Government is has committed to achieving Sustainability Development Goals by 2030, including:

                                               i.     Industry, innovation and infrastructure

                                             ii.     Sustainable cities and communities

                                            iii.     Responsible consumption and production

 

There are many similarities between the Indonesian and Philippine markets and accordingly Asia Civil Indonesia shall replicate its business plan in Indonesia for the Philippine market together with Monopile Construction Inc.

 

BubbleDeck floor system will provide the core technology to provide alternative green building solutions that will help Indonesia overcome challenges with fast-paced urbanisation, sustainable construction, affordable housing, construction productivity and quality.

 

There is increasing demand in the Philippines for many of the key benefits of using BubbleDeck’s voided bi-axial floor system including:
